Selection

Many rows, one motion.

The mouse and the keyboard agree on what selected means.

Bulk actions

Touch one row, touch a thousand.

A bulk bar surfaces the moment a row is selected. Duplicate, delete, format and move act on the selection at once.

  • Range select with shift click. Walks the visible order, so sort and search never fool the selection.
  • Add and remove with command click. Stack isolated rows into one bulk action.
  • Selection survives sort, filter and column reorder. Nothing desyncs.

Layout

The grid bends, to your shape.

Three small motions. The whole sheet rearranges around them.

Column reorder

Push a column.

Arrow buttons in the header push a column left or right. Sparklines, rules, and sort markers travel with it.

↑ Sort asc↓ Sort desc↕ Off

Sort

One click, three states.

Cycle ascending, descending, off in a single header tap. Sparklines reshape with the sorted view.

Search

Substring, every column.

Type to filter the visible rows. Computed columns and conditional formatting respect the live view.

Why a grid here

Charts hide the rows that built them. The grid keeps the rows in reach, so the question after the chart never needs a new tool.

In short

Questions, answered.

Is it really a spreadsheet?+

Yes. Cells, columns, rows, formulas, formatting, sort and search. The keyboard works the way you expect.

Where does the data live?+

In a workspace data source. Charts read from the same source, so a single edit updates every chart that points at it.

Can I select many rows at once?+

Click for one. Shift click fills a range. ⌘ click adds an isolated row. Bulk actions appear above the grid.

Can I reorder columns?+

Move them with the arrows in the column header. Sparklines, sort indicators and rules travel with the column.

Open the grid. Ship the report.
