Recipients
Access, right sized.
A recipient is someone who reads the report, not someone who logs in to build it. Give them a scoped link, a clean profile, and nothing else. When the next report goes out, they are the first to see it.

Questions
Short and honest.
Do recipients need an account?+
No. A signed link is enough. If they want a dashboard later, they can accept an invitation to the workspace.
Can I revoke access?+
Any time. Revoked links stop opening the report immediately.
Do recipients see each other?+
No. Recipients never see the rest of the recipient list.
How many recipients per report?+
Unlimited on the Pro plan. Starter is capped at ten per report.
