How is a referral attributed?+
A click on your link drops a signed first-party cookie that lasts 90 days. If the visitor signs up within that window, their account is linked to you. Promo codes attribute on signup directly — no cookie needed.
When does my 12 month window start?+
On the first paid invoice from a referred customer. From that date forward, every paid invoice for 12 months earns you 20%.
What if a customer refunds or downgrades?+
We compute commission on net revenue. Refunds within the 30 day clawback window void the matching commission. After clawback, commissions are locked in.
How are payouts processed?+
Monthly. Set your method (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, bank). Once your approved balance crosses the minimum threshold, we batch a payout you can track from the portal.
Can I have multiple links or codes?+
Yes. Create as many affiliate links and promo codes as you like. Each can target a different campaign or audience and tracks independently.
Are there countries you don't support?+
We can pay almost anywhere. Some sanctioned countries are excluded for compliance reasons. If your method falls outside Stripe Connect, we route via Wise or bank transfer.
